Overall objective:
The general objective of the project is to support the modernization agenda of Libyan universities through the promotion of quality assurance culture.
More specifically, the project objective is to develop a sustainable quality assurance system within Libyan universities through the implementation of capacity building programme, the development of a quality strategic plan and the enhancement of quality assurance methodologies and mechanisms.
